Most people know that February 22 is Cat Day in Japan,
but it seems that February 2 is also called Mini Cat Day or Pre-Cat Day 🤭

On social media, there have been so many announcements about cat-related events
and cat-themed goods.

Even brands and shops that have nothing to do with cats
are releasing cat-patterned products 😄✨

As a cat lover, I couldn’t be happier ♡

Around this time last year, the economic impact of cats in Japan,
known as Nekonomics, for 2025 was announced to be about 2.9 trillion yen.

This year, updated figures will likely be released again ahead of Cat Day,
and given the recent boom in cat popularity, even further growth is expected 😆
